What is a turnkey solution?
A turnkey solution means we take responsibility for the entire chain in your project, often all the way from ground and foundation to finished structure and outdoor environment. Instead of coordinating several different suppliers, you get one partner who holds the whole together.
When we take on a turnkey project we handle every step: from rock blasting, piling and excavation to external and internal utilities, backfilling and rough landscaping. We then complete the project with final landscaping such as lawns, trees, walkways and walls. We coordinate all elements and make sure every part fits together, practically, financially and in terms of schedule.

Footbridge in Sundbyberg
In the Golfangarna nature reserve we replaced an existing footbridge with a traffic-rated timber bridge, so the municipality can use it for maintenance and events while improving safety for pedestrians and cyclists. We were responsible for the entire chain: piling, sheet piling, construction and final landscaping.
Adellovet in Farsta
In the residential project Adellovet we were responsible for the entire chain for Tornstaden Ost: rock blasting, sheet piling and piling, excavation, utility works and final landscaping with lawns, trees and walkways. The result is an outdoor environment where function, aesthetics and sustainability go hand in hand.
